Regarding exchange, we recommend the following ;

1. You place a new order with new size through our website. Then we will immediately send it to you after we confirm.

2. You return your ordered item via EMS. (As far as we know EMS is the most economical option, but the tracking is difficult. FEDEX or DHL is more expensive but you can track your parcels easily.)

3. We will refund you after we receive your ordered item.

So what can I do now?I need to contact DHL by myself to take my return product?
After that,where can I reorder the right size without paying money?Or I return the product than you will return the money on my account wallet?

the International exchange pruduct is too complicated,I thought I click on my order the return button,you guys accept than DHL will come and pick my package.
I didn’t receive your email reply, and I also I don’t know HOW COULD I RETURN THE PRODUCT!
I think this is need to fix it to the easier way to return international order.
